As a hair mask:

Massage a generous amount of oil into the scalp to deliver strengthening and rejuvenating nutrients directly to the root. As you massage the treatment in a circular motion, you also stimulate the hair follicle, encouraging rapid hair growth. Saturate hair roots to ends to provide strength and hydration. Make it a meditation — a moment for you to reconnect. Do this ritual 1-2 times per week before shampooing your hair. For maximum results, leave oil on overnight and shampoo in the morning for hydrated voluminous hair. The herbal oils are also known for having the added benefit of soothing the mind and nervous system, leading to a more restful night’s sleep. 

For daily use:

Warm a pea-sized amount of hair oil in the palms of your hands and apply onto the ends for shine, hydration, and frizz control.
